Incorrect Badge

Different badges have different requirements, and those requirements include more than just the accumulation of points. For example, the Silver badge requires 1000 points AND a minimum of a 4.5 average customer star rating. (Please see article: Laundry Pro Badges and Rewards for more details on the badge requirements)

When you rank up, it can take some time for your badge to update. No worries though! It should update after you complete your next order!

If you have achieved enough points, meet the average rating requirement, completed an additional order and your badge still has not been updated, please reach out to the Concierge team so we can assist you with this.
