After you deliver an order we prompt your customers to rate and tip you in the app. We also email them a reminder the next day if they haven't rated and tipped yet. Nonetheless, many customers rate/tip when they open the app to place their next order. Some customers never rate/tip.
We suggest a tip amount based on the size of the order, but customers have the option to tip any amount or not at all.
You should never accept tips through other forms of payment such as cash, venmo, or paypal. Doing so is against Poplin company policy and may result in account deactivation.
