Laundry Pro Badges and Rewards

As you accumulate points you unlock privileges to different badges (For example, the right to have multiple active orders). You can review the badges, their requirements, and their privileges in your app by tapping on the 3 dots in upper left, choosing "My Rank," and then tapping on your badge in the upper right.

Clicking the tooltips attached to individual rewards will reveal more details about each one.

For example, selecting the tooltip for the Executive Badge reward “$100 Bonus to Your Account” explains that the $100 will appear in your Laundry Pro account within 7–10 business days after you officially reach Executive (well done!).
