The number of active orders you are permitted is determined by your badge. You can find more information about the various badges and their privileges by tapping on the 3 dots in the upper left of your app, then "Rank," and then on the badge icon in the upper right.
Do a great job, follow all the best practices, impress all your customers, and you'll be able to have more active orders in no time.
Active orders are moved to completed orders after delivery. Customer ratings do not affect the active/completed order status.
