Using Other Laundry Products

Customers have the option to request that you use additional products (dryer sheets, bleach, fabric softener, etc.), but in this case they're responsible for including those products with their laundry for you to use.

If a customer requests additional products but did not include them with their laundry, we recommend you message them to explain you don't provide those products. If you happen to have the product being requested, and you want to use it, you can. The customer would probably appreciate it, and that appreciation might reflect itself in the tip you're given.

We strongly recommend you do not use any additional products without the customer's consent.
