This call was an onboarding session for new Laundry Pros of Poplin. The call was led by Andrew, a Product Manager at Poplin, and Laurie, an experienced Executive Laundry Pro.

The goal of the webinar was to equip new Laundry Pros with useful information to help them feel excited, confident and prepared to take their first orders.

Picking up, Processing and Delivering your First Order

Laurie explained how to use clear bags, labels, detergents, and how to handle oversized items. She also explained how to return on hangers and deal with hang-dry items.
